Depending on the package, all come with hosting, daily backups, daily performance checks, daily security checks and uptime monitoring. If we are in charge of your website we monitor it daily for speed, security and also apply security updates when they are released. With the Full Grow package we include any websites changes you need.

Anything recurring only starts when your site goes live. Otherwise we ask for 50% down, and the remaining 50% when the website goes live. We bill monthly and accept your preferred form of payment.

We do have an agreement, which lays out what we will do for you, but it does not contain any monthly or otherwise ongoing obligation. Your monthly fees are month to month and you have the option to cancel at anytime.

No. The website, the code, and the corresponding database are purchased by you with the build fee. Therefore if you wanted to host your site somewhere else you are free to. Basically, anything we make for you is yours to keep and take with you.

Yes. If you pay us for the work we do YOU OWN the work 🙂 Simple as that.

No. While we appreciate the business model most of our competitors have, the answer is no. You are not on the clock every time you reach out. We invite and welcome our clients to contact us if they have any question, concern, or need. If a request relates to new features for functionality that would equal a charge we scope that out with you up front.

Absolutely! We desire to be partners and grow with you. If you want to start small there is no reason or barrier to prevent you from going big later.
